Bye Bye Plateau
So I finally did break through my little plateau, although my 2lb/week pace had definitely slowed. I have tried to watch sodium intake and that is a challenge. If you eat out at all, you're in for trouble. Whitney our nutritionist suggests making more of your own food! Great idea.
This week was intentionally a "transistion" week on the excercise front, so my workouts were dialed back a bit. Even so, I did about 7 hours of excercise this week, but most of it was low intesity. So in the upcoming week, the intensity will be upped and we'll see if I can get back to 2 pounds of weight loss.
Even if I stay the same, I'll be happy with the results so far!
