Loss since start 13.6
A really positive week for me, I lost 2.4 pds! There were
no outside distractions, like going out with friends or big
food spreads at work and that really made a difference. I
stayed to/close my WW points total everyday and planned AHEAD
each day to bring meals to work. The real change that I made to
my diet was to stop eating red meat this week. I saw how many
points it was "costing" me on WW so I skipped it entirely and
went with chicken/fish/turkey and introduced beans in the
rotation. Honestly, I didn't miss red meat at all. Maybe now that the
summer's over and there are no more barbecues I don't think about
burgers/steaks as much.
Continued my workout regime at the gym and bike riding. Worked
out at total of 4 days this week. Have switched over to the Hammer
Strength machines and I like them a lot, but I spend most of my
workouts on the Lifecycles, 1/2 hour which is usually equal to
about 10 miles.
