Beautiful scenery! Congrats on the 2.4! That seems like a doable weight goal. It's not too much at one time. Keep up the great work.

Good luck. I started last week. My begining weight was 153 and I have been staying with my program too. I have been going to the gym and eating right. However, I haven't lost any weight yet. I still weigh 153.
My goal is to lose about 2 pounds a week like you.
