How to Do an Incline Overhead Extension

The triceps -- the muscles on the back side of your upper arms -- are often neglected during workouts, as fitness enthusiasts tend to give the biceps center stage. Although overhead extensions can sufficiently strengthen these muscles, performing this exercise at a slight incline can help intensify your results.
