How to Download Workouts

- - Go to the download workout screen and select the workout you want to download.
- - You can select treadmill, elliptical, and bike programs.

- - Download the file into your browser.
- - Plug in your USB drive from the device.
- - You will browse to the downloaded file, unzip it, and save it to your USB drive.

Downloading Instructions
- - The workouts will be saved to your USB and you can get started.
- - Plug into your device and start your workout! Be ready to train like Lance.
How to Upload Workouts
Step 1
Instructions
- - Plug in your USB.
- - Go to the "Workout History" page and click "Browse".
- - You will browse to the "E" drive to get the workout files from your USB.
Step 2
Instructions
- - Select the workouts by date that you want to upload.
- - The workouts are in .wrk format.
Step 3

- - Once the files are selected, you will need to click "Upload".
Step 4
Instructions
- - Your workout will be uploaded and you can now see your progress in the charts below.
- - Your calorie burn info will be tracked into MyPlate.
