How to Download Workouts

Step 1

  • Instructions

  • - Go to the download workout screen and select the workout you want to download.
  • - You can select treadmill, elliptical, and bike programs.

  • - Download the file into your browser.
  • - Plug in your USB drive from the device.
  • - You will browse to the downloaded file, unzip it, and save it to your USB drive.

  • - Download the file into your browser.
  • - Plug in your USB drive from the device.
  • - You will browse to the downloaded file, unzip it, and save it to your USB drive.

Step 3

  • Downloading Instructions

  • - The workouts will be saved to your USB and you can get started.
  • - Plug into your device and start your workout! Be ready to train like Lance.

How to Upload Workouts

Step 1

  • Instructions

  • - Plug in your USB.
  • - Go to the "Workout History" page and click "Browse".
  • - You will browse to the "E" drive to get the workout files from your USB.

Step 2

  • Instructions

  • - Select the workouts by date that you want to upload.
  • - The workouts are in .wrk format.

Step 3

  • Instructions

  • - Once the files are selected, you will need to click "Upload".

Step 4

  • Instructions

  • - Your workout will be uploaded and you can now see your progress in the charts below.
  • - Your calorie burn info will be tracked into MyPlate.
