Bicep Curl Machine

1. Adjust settings and select desired weight.

Seated Hammer Curl

1. Sit with feet straight and flat; dumbbell in each hand; arms extended at sides of body.

Single Leg Bicep Barbell Curl: 2-Arm

1. Stand on one leg, foot straight and knee slightly bent.
2. Arms fully extended, hold barbell on upper thigh with grip slightly wider than shoulder-width apart; palms facing up.

Single Leg Bicep Cable Curl: 1-Arm

1. Stand on one leg, foot straight and knee slightly bent.
2. Extend one arm down side of body, cable in hand.

Single Leg Bicep Cable Curl: 2-Arm

1. Stand on one leg, foot straight and knee slightly bent.
2. Extend arms down sides of body, cable in each hand.

Single Leg Bicep Cable Curl: Alternate-Arm

1. Stand on one leg, foot straight and knee slightly bent.
2. Extend arms down sides of body, cable in each hand.

Single Leg Bicep Curl: 1-Arm

1. Stand on one leg, foot straight and knee slightly bent.
2. Extend one arm down side of body, dumbbell in hand.

1. Stand with feet straight and in staggered-stance; front knee bent, back leg straight.
2. Extend one arm down side of body, cable in hand.
