Step-Up, Balance To Overhead Press: Alternate-Arm - Frontal Exercises

Start Position
1. Stand beside box, feet straight and shoulder-width apart.
2. Hold dumbbells in both hands at chest level.


Movement
1. Step onto box with one leg; push through heel, stand up straight; balance.
2. Flex other leg at hip and knee; press one dumbbell overhead, fully extending arm.
3. Return dumbbell to chest and step off box to start position.
4. Repeat movement, pressing with opposite arm.
