The hacker's diet is a geeky way of working out weight loss / calories (rather than nutrition). I haven't used it for tracking that, tdp more than fulfills my needs - however I did spot a useful tool in it. You can use the tools to track the moving average of your weight - so even when you have the day to day ups and downs you can see a curve that shows your overall progress: http://www.fourmilab.ch/hackdiet/www/su ... 0000000000

pretty sure TDP does that too. You can see your day-to-day calorie chart and you day-to-day weight chart.

not quite, tdp has a weight graph yes, but I think this is a useful tool for the scales-obsessed of us as it keeps a running average so you can see past the day to day ups and downs. plus tdp graph lengthens out the end of the time axis so it looks flat at the end :(
