8) Hey everyone just started a new group; Teen Motivation. This is a group designed for teens to exchange personal thoughts on weight loss, share ideas, and get new tips and tricks on how to diet the healthy way. Please post your comments and ideas on this topic and consider joining! We would love to have more members and definately need a few more to help get the group started. Thanks,
xoxo actionstar xoxo

I think it is so great that teens are concerned about their nutrition! When I was a teenager, I was able to eat anything I wanted and wouldn't gain any weight. Suddenly, I got in my 20's and my metabolism slowed down and I started gaining weight (seemed like overnight). Had I been more aware and concerned, I might not be where I am now.

So keep up the good work!
