Good Morning

Just wanted to say good morning and hope everyone has a good day. Today is my day off work so i know i really need to watch what i eat!!! Yesterday mom brought hame 3 different kinds of pie. When I opened the fridge i was tempted then told myself i would have to track it on the daily plate. so i stayed away from it. My problem is my days off. During the week i work and dont really have time to eat. I get a 30 min lunch break so i have been taking salads that works out pretty good. Whenever I have a day off and dont really have anything to do I start eating even when i dont need to. Anyways im glad i turned down all the pie!!!! Im starting the day out with a fresh start and hope you all have a wonderfull day.

Great job in turning down the pie! Remember... we are on a journey of 1001 steps. 1 small step at a time. You can do it!

Yay!! Last night my husband didn't eat the quesadilla he asked me to make him. There it was 300 calories of wonderfulness.... er..... 300 calories of artery clogging terribleness LOL. I can't tell you how badly I wanted to eat it. I could even justify it because I was still hungry! But I didn't have any calories left and I just didn't feel like being over my goal yesterday when I had only had a mini workout.
Congratulations to you on a victory!
