Praise and worship music

While I was on the stationary bike this morning, I listened to praise and worship music on a station I  found a couple of months ago.  www.allworship.com

Jer 29:11 (NIV) "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
This verse came to mind this morning as I sat down at my computer desk for the day's work.  What an encouragement.

Good Morning, Everyone.

 I fell off the weight loss wagon...again. I have been so busy with life that I stop caring about my weight loss goals. So I decide that I need to do something for me and finally reach my target goal. Any suggestions regarding recipes, excerises, supplements, (anything !!) that will help is greatly appreicated. To Nyeshia,
I certainly don't have any answers, but I am trying to stay focused on my total calorie allowance.  Another thing that I am doing is eating every two hours and trying to drink a glass of water each time I eat.  For example, I make a breakfast sandwich before I leave for work.  I eat half of that before I leave for work, then the other half of that sandwich 2 hours later at break time, then half of my normal lunch at lunch time, then 2 hours later I eat the other half of my lunch at afternoon break.  Each of these mini-meals is 100-150 calories with a maximum of 200.  It is funny, but I am staying satisfied.  Even if I max out with 800 calories by the time I leave for home, I still have 850 calories I can eat for dinner and evening snack.  I don't go out for lunch any more and limit going out for dinner.
I only count real exercises like walking, running, yard work and house work, etc.  Not shaving and typing on the computer and stuff like that.  Oh, and I gave up drinking sweetened drinks and diet drinks also. I hope that this doesn't sound too harsh.  Have a great day.
