New To The Group

Hi all.  I'm new to Livestrong and have really been enjoying it so far.  I purchased my Wii and Wii Fit in August, and purchased EA Active in September.  I've already completed one 30 day challenge and just started another one a few days ago.  I'm glad to find this group here for some support and hopefully some ideas on custom workouts.  My overall goal is to lose 55 pounds.  In August I was at 255 and today I weighed in at 227.  I've been stuck in the 223-227 rut for a couple of weeks now.  I really need to get over the hump and break this rut.

Welcome to the group. I did the 30 day challenge and I lost my motivation. I did workout today but I used the Fitness Coach to restart my workout. Good luck with your workouts.
