Hey all ... it's been a while. Good news is even though I haven't been on in a while I've managed to not gain back all be a few of the 47 pounds I took off when I was active on LS. Well now I'm back active because yesterday I got the bad news - diabetes. Looks like tracking everything I eat and do is right back on my #1 priority list....
