This is a group for people with 100 pounds or more to lose, though we are inclusive and anyone can join. Most of us have tried enough diets to realize they don't work for the long-term and are embracing a lifestyle change. This is a place to come to discuss our special challenges and share stories, kindness, support, inspiration, and the wisdom we've gained in our journeys with each other. Back to the grind! Was hoping I'd lose more than that, but I was only able to get 3
workouts in this past week. I have been making better food choices and I still have 7
weeks until I want to hit my next goal...so about 1.5 pounds a week. Since I'll be
doing my OT in the morning for work, I'll be able to get to the gym Tues-Fri this
week. Plus, helping my friends move into their new house Sat will burn a whole lot of
calories! Looking to the future and staying positive this week...no matter
what!
