This is a group for people with 100 pounds or more to lose, though we are inclusive and anyone can join. Most of us have tried enough diets to realize they don't work for the long-term and are embracing a lifestyle change. Hey all, I've been a part of the daily plate since 2007 (so says my name). I successfully went from 300lbs to 225, then gained most of it back in about 6 months. I'm back on the wagon, counting calories, and since last monday I've lost 15lbs! Just by counting calories! It's really motivating, and I hope to keep this momentum up. I'm moving back down south the first wekk of april, and hope to be down 30lbs. Wish me luck!
