Just to compare daily logs with people in a similar stage in life. Grad school or just out of college and working. The 'no kids, have cereal and cake for dinner' group.
How much low fat dairy does everyone eat? I feel like I am getting a lot but
wasn't sure if that is a good thing or not. On an average day I have:
1/2 serving for breakfast (skim milk in cereal)
2 servings at lunch (fat free cottage cheese)
Somedays like today I will have vanilla yogurt with fruit in it which would be another
serving.
Anyone know what a good amount of dairy is?
Hrm, I really can't answer but I'll look forward to others' responses. I have severely cut back my milk intake (I LOVE skim milk, but keep 1% on hand for cooking/cereal) since there are so many calories in it. :(
