Just to compare daily logs with people in a similar stage in life. Grad school or just out of college and working. The 'no kids, have cereal and cake for dinner' group.
Ugh! I was in such a mood today about the low numbers which you would have thought would drop kick my food but it didn't. Was craving sweats all day!!! Finally caved for what I really wanted which was some frozen yogurt after trying to fix it with a million other things. Now, just bummed because I was hoping to stay within a 100 calories of my consumed and ended up going 30 over my net. BUT WHATEVER! There's always tommorrow and today was my weigh-in day so I have a whole week before today's slip goes near a scale and I'm sure it'll be okay. Just venting.
ive always learned that if you really want something that bad you HAVE to go ahead and get it or you will devour everything in sight trying to crave it... Im sure you know that... and 30 over net isnt that bad!! Don't beat yourself up!! <3 It's all good... have you moved your scale yet btw?
30 over isn't bad at all! & I'd bet in reality you probably burned those 30 off at some point during the day.

Thanks guys. I woke up this morning feeling a lot better and even wore jeans that were too small for quite some time and I've only worn once since my dieting and they're more comfortable then they were then. YAY! Also one of my brand new shirts that looks completely adorable. :)
As for my scale it's still sitting on the floor outside my shower, but my boyfriend uses it too, so I'd feel bad moving it just gotta get some self control.
