Because its just easier to compare goal weights, consumption, and progress with people your own height.
Hi everyone.
So I've joined this website a couple of days ago... In hopes of finding motivation and
perhaps a good kick in the behind to get me to exercise.
A few years back my heighest weight was 300lbs, and I managed to lose and maintain at
225-330. I've been going through some really hard times lately and I've gotten myself
back up to 247. The weight loss is especially challenging because of my polycystic
ovarian syndrome. It either works or it doesnt and have to fight with all sorts of
symptoms at the same time.
I've read other post and you guys seem extremely encouraging... So I am really hoping to
find the motivation that I need to stay on track.
Thanks :)
Mel
Well you've come to the right place! Everyone here is very supportive and motivating. Good luck on your journey and keep us posted on your progress.
I started going to a chiropractor in March and I feel so great, I am off all medications. I know that he has clients who have had similar pain issues and feel much better after only a few months of chiropractic care. See if you can find one that also supports the "maximized living" program. Just a suggestion.
Thanks for everyone that caught the mistake...
