Green Tea?

Is green tea suppose to help weight loss or just good for your body?

It is definitely good for your body due to antioxidants but it can also help with weight loss since I think it also curbs hunger.  I will drink some tea in the evening if I get a craving for something I really should not be eating. It usually squashes the craving for me.  Although I do drink decaf green tea at night due to the caffeine unless I am working night shift then bring on the caffeine:)

Hey!  Green tea is actually recommended for weight loss because of the caffeine in it.  The mix of the caffeine and anti oxidants is a great combo.  I have a cup every morning.

I have been buying the store brand.  I even have a decaf version for those late night cravings:)
