Some days...

...I just don't feel like it. As a bit of a compromise with myself, I do level one instead of level two. HOWEVER! Instead of just going through the motions, I try to make it harder. This is the compromise. Instead of doing squats, I hold a static squat. Instead of doing lunges, I hold a static lunge. I've also been trying to use bigger weights. AND I'm getting so close to being able to do both sets of push-ups. Next will be upgrading from girly push-ups to military!

Days and days

It's been days and days since I last shredded... maybe a full week! But after a cold and a night weekend of too much drinking, I'm back on track. I did level 1 this morning and, yes, it made me sweat but I notice that I can do almost all of the push ups (girl style, of course) and I'm getting better at the cardio. I also went up to bigger weights for a couple of the exercises and feel fine. I'm happy to be doing this again! SHRED POWER!!!
