My knees are sore today, but the rest of me feels OK. I’m seeing a slight change in the shape of my lower arms. YAY!

Current Weight (CW): 152.5

I'm going to have to bow out, ladies. I just registered for the Paris marathon in April and will not be doing the 30DS since I have to work on my distance. (Up to 8 miles!)

As for plateaus: I find that varying my net calories has helped me steadily lose weight.
