I'm out.... =(

Well, remember when I was complaining about my foot hurting so much the other day? I couldn't take it anymore today and went in to get it looked at- turns out I have given myself a stress fracture in my right foot, second bone on the top of my foot. I KNEW something was wrong! I am SO glad I went in, I was going to "tough-it-out" and hit level 2 again tomorrow, which would NOT have been good!!! So, now I'm in a walking boot for 3 weeks, then another x-ray, then possibly more walking boot for up to a total of 8 weeks!!!!!!! Uugh!!!!
Now, my next question- WHAT CAN I DO FOR EXERCISE???? I so do not want to give up. I was just starting to really get on a roll. I'm going to research exercise options I can still do with this injury, but any ideas you all have would be great! Sad I'm out of this dare though... For the record, I did the workout 3 times this week =(...

OH NO!!!  I am so sorry to hear that!!  Painful!  I did that a few years ago and it is not a nice feeling!!  Gosh I'm sorry I hope you get better soon!!  You know what I'm doing on my off days of the shred?  I am trying this 100 pushup challenge thing, and a 200 situp challenge thing.  Everyone's so into crunches these days, I totally forgot how many extra ab muscles a real sit up works!!  Check them out www.hundredpushups.com.  You do each 3 times a week, it is reasonable although it sounds totally INSANE when someone says, "100 pushups"  HAHAH  there are other challenges too, some of which use your feet.  You could also do things like squats, and Pilates, which really works your core muscles really good, but you do almost NO work on your feet themselves, although you still exercise you calves and ankles.  This video is my absolute favorite:

She somehow creates a relaxing environment but holy cow is it a good core workout!!  Get well soon!!  And don't worry aat all about the challenge, the whole point is for our health, so if something happened just do what you can to get better :)

Thank you SO much for your emcouragement!!! I have found some great Pilates workouts for free on exercisetv.tv and I will start one tomorrow. I REALLY need to stick with this, so it's yoga & pilates for now until this foot heals, then we'll see!

I'm so sorry! But, I'm so glad you went to the doctor!! Gosh, that could have been so much worse. Good luck to you with Pilates and yoga. Please treat yourself well.

I would also suggest the Biggest Loser Yoga workout with Bob.  It's a tough one, and I feel more sore from it than Jillian's.
