For those of us that are working out to Jillian Michaels: 30 Day Shred
but I think we are all giving the shred challenge up. it's injuring knees and feet, and I don't want to continue to try to push anyone to keep doing this if it's painful. There are tons of other ways to stay fit without killing your body, and I want to apologize to those that are still interested in it. Best of luck to everyone, and I'm really really sorry to those of you who got hurt!! not to mention between all the other stuff we're doing, for me it's Zumba and running and the 100 pushup challenge, we don't have a lot of time for this...am I way off base here, or is this cool with everyone else?
I'm not giving up. I am glad I'm doing the Shred ... except for my knees. So, I'm going to keep doing it, but modifying the high impact to lower impact.
And, frankly, I knew it was bugging my knees, but I kept trying any way because I was pushing myself. So, if my knees are hurting (mostly the left one) - it's my own fault.
I'd like to see this thread continue. Regardless - I appreciate the support I've received here.
