Holy Cow!  This is going to be tougher than I thought.  Got to remember..."It's just 20 minutes, it's just 20 minutes...the struggle is temporary...just 20 minutes!"

HAHAHA seriously!!  and once you're through it you're shakey, sore, and its totallyw orth it!!  just be careful with your knees!!  Good luck!
