How do you all track the 30 day shred? level 1?
tough to find the answer on here..
did it for first time today, after a long, excuse-less break from exercise.
happy to be here. need support!

you can track it as circuit training, because it mixes cardio and weights

I cant' find circuit training in the exercise list.  What am I doing wrong?
