Getting over the Plateau!

 Hey guys! I am 17, and this last year I have lost 50 pounds. But I have hit a plateau, and I have just 30 left. I am working to get remotivated and de-stressed and get back on track to a healthy weight so I can live life to my fullest. If you have any tips or suggestions from your trials and errors or success stories to inspire me, I would LOVE to hear them!
