My numbers on the scale are going up and down, probably because I'm weighing in every
day! But my waist is getting slimmerand I have more definition in my arms, which is
encouraging. The as long as I'm seeing progress in my body I'm not too concerned with what
the scale says - I am down 9 pounds in the last month though.
