I am currently a full time student and full time recepcionist. That involves a lot of sitting. Just two years ago I weight around 135 to 140, now I weigh 160. I would like to get down to 135 or 130 by May 16. That is the day that I graduate from college. I really want to feel great on that day. I have been working out a lot lately, and trying to consume less calories. I still need help with eating healthy. I need ideas for how to make veggies in the easiest way. Any help you guys can give could give would be great.

I like to mix a bunch of veggies with eggs and scramble them or make an omlet.
Even tastier is roasting asparagus in the oven at 475 for 15 mins.  (I toss it in a little olive oil and black pepper)

Baby carrots make great snacks.

I've gotten into the habit of roasting fresh cauliflower or zucchini, covering in spray butter then sprinkling salt, pepper, some other random spices, sometimes parmesan cheese (but not too much or else it's not really healthy anymore). Then bake around 425 for 15 minutes. Just keep an eye on it.
