This is a group, obviousely, for people that want to lose 30 pounds or more, that wants to restrict their calorie consumption, but not neccesarily certain food groups (carbs etc.)
Not doing so great on a daily basis, but on a weekly basis, I should be down another lb on
average. There are so many fluctuations on a daily basis, that I take a seven day average
every Saturday morning.
I needed to lose 31 lbs by Saturday of last week. It should be at 30 even tomorrow
morning. That's not much, but my goal is to do it through lifestyle change slowly, then
keep it off.
