This is a group, obviousely, for people that want to lose 30 pounds or more, that wants to restrict their calorie consumption, but not neccesarily certain food groups (carbs etc.)
Hello!
I'm looking to lose about thirty pounds (from 174 to between 145 - 151 lbs) so I can
enlist in the Air Force. I also need to be able to do about 30 push-ups in two minutes, 60
sit-ups in two minutes, as well as run two-miles in about 17 mins. I haven't had been able
to do any of these before, so I'm looking forward to train! I've been doing a lot of Zumba
and belly-dancing as well as counting calories. I hope the weight goes quickly (yet
healthily and permanently) so I can join up soon!
