This is a group, obviousely, for people that want to lose 30 pounds or more, that wants to restrict their calorie consumption, but not neccesarily certain food groups (carbs etc.)
Ok, I have been doing pretty good with my water. I have not gone a drop over 40 ozs. though. I know that it makes a difference, especially since I began exercising now as well. I know that they say that the first loss is water loss, but I started logging my meals on TDP and exercising on Monday and as of this morning, I was down by 10 lbs. I need to include here that I had weight loss surgery in August of 2004 and within the last year and a half to two years have gained 40 lbs. Water or not that puts me at exactly 30 lbs. left to lose. I know that next week will be much slower, but I will be happy with any loss. How about you all, what's your story?
The weight loss is much slower for me. seems like overall 1.5 pounds a month for the past 5 months. But, my body is a completely different shape and stronger by leaps and bounds with all of the exercise I'm doing.
Congrats on your success of 10 pounds gone!!!!!
I've been watching my water intake. I'm probably not getting enough with the amount of exercise I've done this week, but I've been getting at least 64 oz of water daily and I'm supplementing with sports drinks while I'm on my rides.
