LOL sooo I felt old today. my knees were hurting and so I ditched my high intensity and
dropped my time WAY down.
Instead of intervals for 90 minutes; I did 20 minutes of 3.5mph. That was enough to
have my knees screaming in pain so I stopped.
SO, instead of eating what I want because my workout burned off those calories, I get to
eat "light" today. Mostly pure veggies. ew! lol
Ah well, incentive for my body to not hurt tomorrow. I like my food too much to do without
meat and the good stuff, potatoes!
