Got in a nice work-out at the gym last night. 22 minutes on treadmill and then 30 minutes of weights. Did very well on food yesterday. Today will be more challenging since I am in a meeting most of the day... very hard not to graze. Maybe some scotch tape on my lips might do the trick!
