advice?

i'm 16. and im approx. 40 lbs over weight.. and id like to lose at least 30. but i dont know where to start. i'm made fun of at school and i have lost all my self esteem. any advice on what i should/shouldnt eat and specific exercises?

 Kids can be so cruel.  I am so sorry.  I would get out there and do anything that burns calories.  That's what I am doing.  What do you like to do?  You can even dance to burn calories.
