As a group, we've lost 615.5 pounds after 9 weeks ...... AWESOME!!!!!
This is our 10th week weigh in. This Challenge will last as long as The Biggest Loser
season on television. We had close to 100 people sign up for this challenge 10 weeks ago
and 24 posted results last week. LET'S GO BIGGEST LOSERS!!!!

Loss of .6 lb
Total loss this challenge 10.8 lbs.
I'm very disappointed again. I expected good results (anything over 1 lb is now considered good for me, though I'd really like to see closer to 2lb a week) since my exercise has been really consistent and stable at 5k a day every day, with occasional extra exercise.
If someone could look in on my plate and give me suggestions, I'd really appreciate it.

I have been bouncing between 118.8 and 118.2 since Feb 2nd. Not making much progress this challenge. I don't know if this is a plateau or just a result of recent craziness at work where I have not been tracking my calories and thus eating more at maintenance. I need to make a fresh start and re-focus.

I have been so close to my 50lbs lost for several weeks now. I am teeter tottering around 153 and 152 and it's getting frustrating. I'm ready to get out of these 150's but I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing wrong. I guess it's time to get really serious again with my tracking and making good food choices. It looks like the last 20 lbs are going to be real stubborn.
