Just started a new blog on my page :) check it out! Anyhoo on another note....moved from WA state to OH and wtf.....this weather is terrible! I walked my dog for the first time since moving here (about a week ago) and it was 21 degrees outside! I could have shivered my butt off instead of walking! Thank goodness for my roommates treadmill that I can walk on!

eating be4 or after workout??

 so I read many articles about whether to eat before or after my work out or what to eat... the problem is I work out from 4 till 6 PM so I can't wait to eat lunch after I get back home from collage really tired and hungry so I eat at 2 pm my chicken and salad or tuna and salad and then after I eat a fresh fruit like a tangerine soo I don't know is that good enough or what ?
but i definitley can't wait to eat till after my work out any advice plzzz?

 i also read an article that said working out before you eat is the best,  for example if you place logs in a fire place before you light it, it would take longer for the logs to take the fire,but if the fire is already burning  and you add the logs ,the log burns faster & quicker.
