OK... so here i've been struggling with weight for as long as i can remember and im
finally gaining some control over my food..:) YAY
however i was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to not snack in between meals &
how to cut pastries out of your diet?!

I find alot of times I eat because of boredum I will be bored and decide to pick up a snack! And a snack is not bad if it is a veggie or fruit, But that is not what I usally pick up, it is usally some cookies or a sandwhich...BAD! I try and stay active, If i feel like I am about to snack, I go outside and take a walk or clean or do anything I can do get food off my mind! I know this is not alot but I hope it helps a little at least!
