Welcome! Weekend.
I just want to say hi to all the newbies -- WELCOME! Tracking is so helpful to so many
of us -- I really hope we can help keep you focused.
I haven't been eating as well this month as I did last month, but I've been exercising
more and generally, I feel much better. I really like tracking so I'm going to try to
stick with it. That said, for the last couple weeks, I've gotten my four workouts in so I
feel proud of myself. I haven't weighed in in almost a month so I hope I show some loss.
By the way my clothes are fitting, I doubt it will be very much, especially for four
weeks, but I'm not going to get discouraged. Even a couple of pounds will make me happy.
Still trying to figure out how slim I need to be to be a size 8... can anyone offer some
input? I'm 5'8" so how much do you think I need to weight to be that small? Is there
anyone here at the same height as me? When I was skinny, I didn't care about how much I
weighed so I have no idea what that number was.

lol. You sound like me MJ. I am SO rigid about my food when I am trying to follow a healthy food plan. I have to be extra careful because LS is only allotting me 851 calories. I exercise 450-500 calories a day and I was eating that too, but I keep being told if I keep doing that, I will gain weight. I think it is ok for you to eat a nice meal out occasionally. ESPECIALLY when you don't go over your calories! Maybe next time you (and I) can sit back and enjoy it (intead of feeling guilty and ruining the experience)!
