Aimee...welcome! Hey, I wuz peeking at your food entries & you seem to be doing fairly well with the calories, but your carbs seem a little high for a diabetic (imho). Do you have specific goals per meal for carb levels, like 40, 45, etc. carbs max per meal? Just wondering...everybody in this group has their own comfort level in the carb department, but I think few of us plan to exceed 60 carbs per meal, except when we slip, which is rarely "planned". I try to stay under 40 carbs, and often land in the 20-30 carb zone. Anyway, welcome & feel free to post often, even if it's only to tell me to mind my own beeswax! (lol)
