Well I did 90 minutes on the treadmill.  Intervalls at 3.0, 3.5 and 4.5 at 5 minutes each.
I did not feel "winded", but the 4.5 was hard at the end. I think I'll stick to this for this week. :)
My legs hurt and I'm gunna go stretch to mebbe keep the cramps from setting in too bad tonight. :)

if your legs are realy bothering you try a yoga class, Look for a beginer one if you have never done it. It really helps loosten every thing up and to give you more energy. You are doing great, keep it up.
