Thoughts?

I skipped Yoga today to go buy my movie that came out today, but I did get in 20 minutes on the treadmill, 20  on the elliptical and 12 in lifting weights. I also taught dance class today for an hour and forty five minutes.
I took Zumba yesterday and wore my HRM watch. Is it even close to possible to lose 900 calories in that class? We had a different teacher than normal who made us march in place between songs and pushed us really hard for the whole 60 minnutes but I dont know if it is possible. The watch has been pretty acurate so far but that reading seems off or maybe not I dont know!! What is your thoughts?

Hi strength train first then cardio.  HRM... if you think it has been right, then by all means believe that it is still right :)
