Your computer won't blow up and all you'll get is encouragement if you don't meet your goal on any given day.
It is 70+ degrees and clear here in NC< almost warm enough for the beach. I made
it to the gym early this morning, and got my cardio in.
Elliptical: 20 minutes
Treadmillt: 30 minutes.
I was going to get some weights in, but it smelled way too sweaty in there (ugh).
Ok, more than usual, so I just walked out instead. Going walkiing again this
afternoon, may get a jog in there. Plus I will make an attempt to clean the barn
out. No, I'm serious this time, really.
Great cardio workout! I usually start with 20 mins stationary bike, then 20 mins treadmill, and lastly 10 mins elliptical. The elliptical is best though.
