Legs today

calf raises, squats, lunges, inner and outter and hip sled.  Stretches felt great after this!

 I've heard, and I also truly believe, that toning your legs with leg workouts really helps with weight loss as well. Not sure why but yea.

Largest muscles in the body, after a workout, the body goes into rest and growth stage from muscle breakdown due to workout, because the legs and buttox are the largest muscles there is a carry over effect for the whole body.
