20 min warm up on the eliptical ( a breeze for me. I can stay on that thing for hours
seriously! Even purchasing one)
12 Squat Reps w/6lb ball
12 Reps of Push Ups
12 Reps of Weighted Squats (8lb)
10 Reps reverse crunch
10 Sets of lunges each side with 8lb weights, bicep curls and over head lifts
10 Reps regular crunches
I was wet as a dog in a lake! (Sweat that is :) )
I am a weight training beginner. I know many of you could handle this workout in no time
with minimal effort. But I have NEVER done anything like it.
Then came home and started the "Slim in 6" series. That was awesome! I love
strength training! It hurts like the dickens but you feel so empowered afterwards. Gonna
go run that DVD one more time. I feel like 25 mins wasn't enough. Then I'm gonna stretch
it out and call it a night. I don't even care about calorie burning anymore! I'm so stoked
about building muscle.
My trainer has a site they use similar to this one so I'll be back and forth. Thank you so
much for all your inspiration! I'm in baby step mode but I feel GRRRR-EAT!
