This group is for people who are just trying to eat better and have an exact calorie amount that they require for their individual needs without making them feel deprived of food. I'm sure we've all been on Diets and they worked brilliantly as long as we followed them. They had foods that we liked unfortunately they were on the do not eat list. We ate only 500 calories a day and starved ourselves. If you are trying to eating 4 or 5 small meals a day and working out 30 mins a day. Please Join!

Europa - CONGRATULATIONS!!! That is so awesome!!
FYI - I'm not a SAHM (any more). But, I work an untraditional work schedule. Right now, I'm off Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays. 2nd week in October, that will change to Thursdays/Fridays/Saturdays. (I must say, weekends are easier to stay on track when you work one of the weekend days).
