This group is for people who are just trying to eat better and have an exact calorie amount that they require for their individual needs without making them feel deprived of food. I'm sure we've all been on Diets and they worked brilliantly as long as we followed them. They had foods that we liked unfortunately they were on the do not eat list. We ate only 500 calories a day and starved ourselves. If you are trying to eating 4 or 5 small meals a day and working out 30 mins a day. Please Join!

Great job on the 61 pound loss. It seems like it gets tougher now. I was at 263 two years ago now I go between 193 and 200. I will do good for a while and get to the lower 190's and then mess it up and get back to 200. I refuse to go over 200 again. LOL. My goal weight is 185 and I am having trouble getting there.
