This group is for people who are just trying to eat better and have an exact calorie amount that they require for their individual needs without making them feel deprived of food. I'm sure we've all been on Diets and they worked brilliantly as long as we followed them. They had foods that we liked unfortunately they were on the do not eat list. We ate only 500 calories a day and starved ourselves. If you are trying to eating 4 or 5 small meals a day and working out 30 mins a day. Please Join!
Just wanted to stiop by before my computer messes up on me again.
It lets me into web sites and then I cant do anything sometimes. So hopefully I'll be
able to get back on. I plan to take it in tomorrow after weigh in. I did not start back on
the 28th
beause they gave me a party for my birthday but will be starting back tomorrow.
