We all have tried countless diets, and most of us failed - most of the time. TDP is perfect to help people track their intake, and excersize - but what happens when you eat too much cake over the weekend and feel like giving up? We all try to support eachother in triumph and in our slumps. Sharing our sucess, and cheering for eachother's sucesses.
