weird headache. Could it be low caloric intake/high cardio?

Yesterday and today I've had this weird feeling in the back of my head. It is mostly on the right side of the back of my head. It is a bit of an ache. It feels sort of similiar to how my head would feel after a night of moderately heavy drinking. I think it might be from my low caloric intake over the past two days. I eat around 1000-1400 calories but then I exercise them all off with some somewhat intense cardio. I ride anywhere from 20-26 miles at an avg. speed of 15-16 mph with an avg. HR of 150-160.

I realize that my caloric intake is low but I am trying to lose weight by Nov. 25. My 1011 calorie/day diet has me shedding 3 lbs. per week.

Any thoughts?
