Hello group,
I'm new here, 45 two great kids (12, 14) and I too am going through a divorce. Almost final, next week hopefully. Married 18 years, about half of those years were great, then it unravelled. I have already been through the ugly part of the process, healing now and very inspired to get healthy inside and out. I'm single, have been for over two years. Dated off and on a little, met some nice guys but was not ready for anything "real".

I lost about 100 lbs just prior to the marriage ending by eating clean and running, gained about 25 back. Trying very hard to shake those extra pounds off but they are not budging! I run daily, not fast, but I get it done. Usually 6-8 miles and try to run a couple half marathons a year to keep my training going. I have one next week!  How did I gain the weight while running? I stopped tracking my calories... and that is why I am here. Having a group of people to be accountable to would be great!

Welcome claudinner.  I just joined this group last month.  It seems very quiet. Your post is the first I have read since joining.  I agree with your assesment of tracking.  I find it essential in keeping off the extra weight.  I like the website also for tracking the miles as well.  I just wish there was a link between the Plate and the Dare feature (Marathon/or other goal) so the users don't have to enter thier miles more than once.
Keep up the miles!
